2. Purpose of the website and nature of the service
The Do You Rome website has informational, promotional, and request-collection purposes relating to:
a) tours, experiences, and activities organized, managed, and carried out by selected third-party partners;
b) concierge services that may be provided directly by Do You Rome.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for specific concierge services, Do You Rome does not operate as a tour operator and does not act as the organizer of the tours published on the website.
The tours, experiences, and activities promoted on the website are provided by independent third-party operators, who remain solely responsible for the organization, execution, availability, specific contents of the offer, issuance of tax documents relating to the tourism service, and management of their own commercial and operational policies.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Website: the website available at https://doyourome.com and any related section, subdomain, or connected content.
User: any person who accesses, browses, uses the website, or sends requests through it.
Partner: the third-party provider that organizes and/or carries out the tour, experience, or activity requested by the user.
Concierge services: assistance, support, organization, booking, or coordination services that may be provided directly by Do You Rome.
Request: any communication sent by the user through forms, email, WhatsApp, or other channels indicated on the website, intended to express interest in a tour or service.
4. Use of the website
The user undertakes to use the website lawfully, correctly, and in compliance with applicable law, public order, and these Terms and Conditions.
The user is prohibited from:
- using the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes;
- entering false, incomplete, inaccurate data or data relating to third parties without proper authorization;
- compromising or attempting to compromise the proper functioning of the website;

5. Nature of requests sent through the website
Submitting a request through the website does not constitute a final booking, automatic acceptance of the request, or immediate conclusion of a contract.

- do not bind Do You Rome or the partner until express confirmation is provided.
Any booking or service confirmation is subject to verification of actual availability by the third-party partner or, in the case of concierge services, by Do You Rome.
6. Tours and experiences provided by third-party partners
With regard to tours and experiences listed on the website:
- Do You Rome only presents, selects, and promotes offers from third-party partners and collects expressions of interest from users;
- the contract relating to the tour, where concluded, is entered into between the user and the third-party partner that organizes and carries out the service, according to the conditions applied by that partner;
- tour confirmation is subject to availability communicated by the partner;
- the partner remains solely responsible for the provision of the service, itinerary, schedules, meeting points, any operational changes, cancellations, refunds, and issuance of receipts or invoices relating to the tour;
- Do You Rome does not guarantee the immediate or automatic availability of the tours indicated on the website.
The user acknowledges and accepts that any requests, complaints, disputes, refund claims, or changes relating to tours must mainly be handled according to the conditions and procedures provided by the relevant third-party partner, without prejudice to any informational support that Do You Rome may provide where possible.
7. Concierge services
For concierge services that may be offered directly by Do You Rome:
- the user may send a contact, availability, or quote request through the channels indicated on the website;
- the request does not imply automatic acceptance or immediate conclusion of a contract;
- any provision of the service is subject to feasibility and availability verification by Do You Rome;
- economic terms, operating methods, timing, any required deposit, and specific applicable conditions may be communicated from time to time through a quote, commercial proposal, email, WhatsApp message, or other durable medium;
- where the concierge service is confirmed, the related invoice will be issued by Andrea Servadei, VAT IT17803811003.
8. Prices, quotes, and published information
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the information published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
Any prices, availability, features, tour duration, participation conditions, inclusions, exclusions, and logistical details:
- may be subject to change;
- must be confirmed at the time of the request and/or subsequent confirmation;
- for third-party partner tours, depend on the conditions applied by the individual partner.
For concierge services, any prices or fees shall in any case be subject to express confirmation by Do You Rome, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Payment methods
At present, for tours published on the website, the user does not make online payments directly through the Do You Rome website.
Any payment for a tour, where due, will be made according to the methods provided by the third-party partner responsible for the relevant service.
For concierge services confirmed directly with Do You Rome, payment may be made according to the methods indicated at the quote, confirmation, or specific agreement stage, including, by way of example, bank transfer, payment link, or other methods communicated to the client before service confirmation.
10. Service confirmation
Confirmation of a tour or concierge service takes place only following an explicit availability confirmation.
In the absence of express confirmation:
- the user’s request remains preliminary;
- no service shall be considered definitively booked;
- Do You Rome assumes no obligation to reserve seats, dates, times, or availability.
11. Cancellations, changes, and refunds for tours
For tours and experiences organized by third-party partners, cancellation, change, refund, no-show, customer delay, supervening impossibility, bad weather, or other operational variation policies are governed by the relevant third-party partner.
Do You Rome assumes no direct responsibility for:
- the decision to confirm, change, reschedule, or cancel a tour;
- the economic management of cancellations or refunds;
- the application of the partner’s commercial conditions.
The user acknowledges that, before final service confirmation, the applicable conditions of the relevant partner may be communicated to them.
12. Cancellations, changes, and refunds for concierge services
Cancellation, change, refund, and no-show conditions relating to direct concierge services provided by Do You Rome will be indicated, where applicable, in the quote, commercial proposal, specific service confirmation, or other written communication sent to the user.
In the absence of a uniform general policy, any cancellation or refund conditions for concierge services will be communicated case by case on a durable medium and will form an integral part of the agreement with the client.
13. User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- provide truthful, complete, updated, and correct data;
- carefully check the information entered in requests;
- promptly communicate any relevant changes;
- appear at the times and in the manner indicated during service confirmation, where applicable;
- comply with the conditions, instructions, and any requirements communicated by the third-party partner or by Do You Rome.
The user is solely responsible for the consequences arising from the entry of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading data.
14. Communications by email and WhatsApp
The user acknowledges and accepts that, for informational, organizational, and operational needs, Do You Rome and/or its partners may use the contact details provided by the user, including email and phone number associated with messaging services such as WhatsApp, to send:
- replies to requests;
- availability communications;
- organizational details;
- updates, changes, or clarifications relating to the requested services.
Communications sent through these channels, where suitable to document the content of agreements or information transmitted, may constitute valid evidence of the relationship between the parties, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Do You Rome shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:
- inaccuracies, omissions, or subsequent changes in information provided by third-party partners;
- unavailability of tours or services;
- cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or service disruptions attributable to partners;
- facts attributable to the user, third parties, or force majeure events;
- technical interruptions, website malfunctions, transmission errors, network problems, or events beyond the Owner’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability in cases where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
16. Force majeure
Do You Rome shall not be held liable for delays, suspensions, cancellations, failure to respond, or inability to perform due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, by way of example, natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions, measures issued by authorities, health emergencies, blackouts, IT system failures, or supervening unavailability of third-party providers.
17. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including, by way of example, texts, layouts, distinctive signs, logos, trademarks, photographs, images, graphic elements, editorial materials, and website structure, is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law and remains the property of the Owner and/or the respective rights holders.
