Join a hands-on tiramisu and gelato class in the heart of Rome, in Trastevere, in a small group of up to 6 people. Together with a chef, you’ll discover how to prepare two great Italian classics, starting with the basic ingredients and techniques.
During the class, you’ll make tiramisu step by step, following the entire process through to the final tasting. You’ll also explore the world of artisanal gelato, tasting select flavors and learning the difference between gelato and ice cream.
The experience takes place in an authentic and informal setting, designed for those who really want to get their hands dirty. At the end of the class, you’ll get to taste your creations and take the recipes home with you to recreate them later.
